Residence Booking Conditions 2021
Information:
- From 04/08/2022 to 06/16/2022 then from 09/30/2022 to 10/21/2022: Reservations of minimum 3 nights, possibility of arrivals every day of the week.
- From 06/17/2022 to 09/29/2022 then from 10/22/2022 to 11/06/2022: Weekly reservations, possibility of arrivals on Friday, Saturday and Sunday.
- Beds made on arrival, linens are included in the rate for direct bookings.
- Compulsory end-of-stay cleaning: € 69 for F2 villas, € 79 for F2M and F3 villas and € 89 for F3 Luxe villas.
- Tourist tax: € 1.10 per day and per adult Baby cots and chairs on request offered.
- Dogs are allowed on request. Method of payment accepted: Checks, transfers, credit cards (American Express, Visa, Mastercard) and holiday vouchers.
Booking conditions:
- A deposit of 35% of the amount of the accommodation will be requested to confirm the reservation.
- The balance of the stay will be paid on site on the day of your arrival.
- A credit card imprint will be requested as a guarantee.
General cancellation conditions:
From 04/08/2022 to 06/16/2022 then from 09/18/2022 to 11/06/2022:
- Cancellation free of charge up to 16 days before arrival.
- If a cancellation occurs between 15 and 8 days before the date of arrival, 35% of the amount of the accommodation will be due.
- If a cancellation occurs between 7 days and the day of arrival, 100% of the amount of accommodation will be due.
- In case of no show, 100% of the amount of accommodation will be due.
From 06/17/2022 to 09/17/2022:
- Cancellation free of charge up to 36 days before arrival.
- If a cancellation occurs between 35 and 22 days before the date of arrival, 35% of the amount of the accommodation will be due.
- If a cancellation occurs between 21 days and the day of arrival, 100% of the amount of accommodation will be due.
- In case of no show, 100% of the amount of accommodation will be due.
Covid-19 special cancellation conditions:
- We do not withhold any fees for all cancellations of stay due to government travel prevention measures related to Covid-19 regardless of the country.
- The cancellation insurance that we offer will cover you in the following cases:
– When you are declared positive for Covid-19 (also valid for the other participants of the stay).
– When you are a contact case and quarantined.
– When you are denied boarding following a temperature measurement.
– When you contract covid-19 during your stay and need to cancel it.
