CONDITIONS OF SALES:

• Deposit 35%
• Payment of the balance on arrival
• Rates include household linen and final cleaningStay from 04/05/2025 to 07/03/2025 inclusive then from 08/29/2025 to 11/02/2025 inclusive = Minimum 3 nights + free departures/arrivals
• Stay from 07/04/2025 to 08/28/2025 inclusive = Weekly + departures/arrivals Friday, Saturday and Sunday
• Distributors/OTA’S: +17% of the base rate

TERMS OF CANCELATION:

From 05/04/2025 to 03/07/2025 and from 01/09/2025 to 02/11/2025 :

• Cancellation without fees up to 22 days before your arrival.
• If a cancellation occurs between 21 days and 16 days before the arrival date, 35% of the accommodation amount will be due.
• If a cancellation occurs between 15 days and the day of arrival, 100% of the accommodation amount will be due.
• In case of no-show, 100% of the accommodation amount will be due.

From 04/07/2025 to 31/08/2025 :

• Cancellation without fees up to 36 days before your arrival.
• If a cancellation occurs between 35 days and 22 days before the arrival date, 35% of the accommodation amount will be due.
• If a cancellation occurs between 21 days and the day of arrival, 100% of the accommodation amount will be due.
• In case of no-show, 100% of the accommodation amount will be due.
