Residence Booking Conditions 2026

CONDITIONS OF SALES:
- 35% deposit
- Balance payable upon arrival
- Rates include linens and final cleaning (if the villa is returned in good condition)
- Departures between 9:30 and 10:00 and arrivals from 4:00 PM (Late arrivals are possible)
- For stays from 04/04/2026 to 02/07/2026 inclusive and from 28/08/2026 to 01/11/2026 inclusive, there is a minimum of 3 nights with flexible departures and arrivals.
- For stays from 03/07/2026 to 27/08/2026 inclusive, weekly rates only, with departures/arrivals on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays only.
TERMS OF CANCELATION:
- Free cancellation 31 days prior to arrival.
- If canceled later or in case of no-show, 100% of the reservation will be charged and non-refundable.
EXTRAS:
- Breakfast: €15/day/person
- Interim linen change (sheets + towels): €15/single bed/change – €24/double bed/change
- Interim towel change: €6/person/change
- Pool towel rental: €5/person/week
- Interim cleaning: €30/hour (subject to housekeeper availability)
- Electric car charging fee: €7/day (calculated based on the number of days the guest is staying)
- Dog supplement: €15/dog/day – PLEASE NOTE: Maximum 2 dogs per villa.

Reception from 4 p.m. and possibility of free late arrival.
